You may use Seedance 2.5 Generator only for lawful, responsible purposes and only with content you have the right to use.
Do not use the Service to create, upload, request, distribute, or facilitate:
- child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or sexualized depictions of anyone who may be under 18;
- non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, harassment, threats, stalking, blackmail, or targeted humiliation;
- deceptive impersonation, fraudulent deepfakes, scams, phishing, identity theft, or materially misleading political or civic content;
- instructions or promotion for terrorism, violent extremism, serious violence, self-harm, weapons misuse, or other dangerous wrongdoing;
- unlawful discrimination or hateful abuse targeting protected characteristics;
- content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, biometric, or other rights;
- malware, credential theft, service attacks, attempts to bypass safety systems, automated abuse, account sharing, or resale of access without permission;
- any activity prohibited by applicable law, EvoLink provider rules, or ClinkBill payment rules.
You must have a valid legal basis and all necessary consent before uploading or depicting a real person. Where an AI-generated or altered video could reasonably be mistaken for authentic media, clearly disclose that it is synthetic or altered.
We may reject prompts, remove stored material, rate-limit requests, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold access to output, and cooperate with lawful investigations. Report suspected abuse to support@seedance25.dance.
