These Terms govern your use of Seedance 2.5 Generator at seedance25.dance. The Service is an independent third-party product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ByteDance. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for activity under your Google-authenticated account and for keeping that account secure. Information you provide must be accurate.
The Service lets you submit text and a permitted reference image to a third-party AI provider and retrieve a generated video. AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or different from your prompt. We do not guarantee a particular output, generation time, uptime, or suitability for a specific use.
You retain any rights you already hold in prompts and uploaded content. You grant us and our service providers a limited license to host, reproduce, transform, transmit, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service. Your rights in output are subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and provider terms. You are solely responsible for confirming that you have the necessary rights and permissions for every upload and use of output.
Starter costs $29 per month and includes 1,200 credits; Creator costs $79 per month and includes 3,200 credits; Studio costs $199 per month and includes 8,000 credits. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
ClinkBill is the merchant of record and handles checkout, payment collection, invoices, refunds, and payment-related customer service. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless ClinkBill or applicable law states otherwise.
Credits are a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service, have no cash value, expire at the end of the applicable subscription period, and do not roll over. We reserve the maximum estimated credits before submitting a task. A failed submission or failed provider task receives an automatic credit reversal; a successfully generated task is chargeable even if you dislike the creative result. Refund rights for payments are governed by applicable law and ClinkBill's checkout terms.
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may block content, limit usage, suspend an account, or preserve evidence where we reasonably believe use is illegal, abusive, unsafe, infringing, or harmful to the Service or others.
The Service software, interface, brand, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant a right to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse them. "Seedance" and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, nonpayment, or material operational risk. Provisions that logically survive termination remain in effect.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations apply only to the extent permitted. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced through the Service where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
